Please ensure you advise the courier of a safe place for delivery if you are not likely to be in to sign for delivery.  We will not be responsible for rearranging any missed deliveries or any drying out to plants.

 

Although we take extreme care in packing your roses, breakage may occur during delivery, this will not affect the plant long term.  If you would prefer not to risk this collection is available.

 

We do not build a plant guarantee into our pricing as there are so many variables outside of our control that can affect the growth of the rose. We wish to keep our prices fair to everyone.

 

We are confident that the roses are in the best health and condition when they leave us. Should you have a problem after planting please do contact us for advice.

 

The colour illustrations on the web site are a guide only, as are descriptions given of growing habit, height etc.
